Missing Tax Rate for Germany - Posibillity to remove not needed Tax Rates #188

If you do a fres installation, you see some Tax Rates, which are there out of 
the Box.

Tax for Germany (MwSt 19%) is missing.

Would be great, if there where the posibility to remove not needed Tax, and/or 
to have a checkbox infront of the entrys to activate / deactivate all not 
needed by one Buttonclick. Otherwise make the cross or arrow cklickable to 
enable oder disable it.

I agree that the arrow/cross should be clickable to make it easier to 
enable/disable tax rates. There is no delete option because some records will 
depend upon the tax rate record(s) being present.

In this case a db-requst, if a tax-rate is in use, would be the best choice... 
Better than left all the old, not needed stuff - i think.
