PayPal link in PDF is wrong amount. #234

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Create invoice
2. Apply a partial payment, leaving a "owing amount"
3. Export as PDF with PayPal enabled. PAyPal link contains original invoice 
amount, not "owing" amount.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expect the PayPal link to contain the owning amount (balance) of invoice, not 
original invoice amount. The invoice header area shows correct owning amount.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system? Have
you got any extensions enabled?
SI 2011.1 running on LAMP stack, no extensions.
