What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Login
2.Select any choice that takes you to new page (New Invoice, Payments, etc.)
3.Login page reappears and you will never make it past this point without
rebooting computer. After reboot, each browser (Chrome, Chrome Incognito mode,
Firefox, Firefox Incognito mode) will let you do the above sequence only once.
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The rest of the program. Login page.
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system? Have
you got any extensions enabled? Originally, not sure. Maybe 2010. Just upgraded
to 2011.1 on the server. Same issue.
Please provide any additional information below.
Program has been working for over a year at least. Last thing that happened was
I left an invoice in print preview for over a day in one of my many tabs in
Chrome. Once I noticed I clicked to return to invoices and it logged me out.
Once I tried logging back in, it has not worked since. I can sometimes get it
to go to the main page but any selections that need to load a new page will
result in loading the login page without being able to get past that login
page.
