Config options: move from config.php to gui #94

Move as much of the config stuff out of config/config.php into the GUI

makes it easier for people to config Simple Invoices

@Justin: What is the current status here. What config parameters are you 
talking about here? Maybe I can do some of the work.

ive added fields into the db to handle most of the config options

but havent done any GUI work to make them editbale within SimpleInvoices and to 
make SimpleInvoices use the configs from the db
