Use Nicknames when Renamed #4

Google Apps has a feature called nicknames which is basically an username 
alias. The main goal here is to make a nickname for an account when the 
username changes. That nickname could then be automatically removed after a 
certain time period. This will make such a transition easier for the users when 
migrating e-mail addresses and such.
