Generic Support for SMS gateways

I am not sure if it is possible to provide some generic way to configure for 
sms gateways from any vendor. I notice that only bulksms, clickatell(blocked in 
India) and kannel are supported.
I plan to use smslib for an application I have developed. I do need to buy bulk 
sms packages from local vendors (India) For e.g http://bulksmsindia.mobi/  or 
http://www.smscountry.com or http://www.smsgatewaycenter.com/
These vendors do provide simple api's for integration. But, I would really like 
to stick to one api (smslib).  
Packages from these vendors is much lower, which is required to keep cost of my 
solution low. Any guidance on how I can achieve this ?

I too need a similar solution as other indian vendors are provinding ,much low 
level pricing in comparison to BulkSMS and clickatell. Please help
