configuration on the door to solve my problem?

Note: The port has problem is communication port (COM & LPT), which I use to
SEND ... The other door to use the modem only to take a reading.

Thank you!

The WatchDog thread has one job: to monitor the modem for a correct answer to a
simple "AT" command and reset it if it gets strange results or timeouts.

What would be the possible reason to be entering the RESTART status, and
stopping it.
It has something to do to force the START?

I conducting another test to other equipment, to drop to be a problem that the
power supply on the COM port, given that the source of the equipment that is
not present problems of real Watz. Do not know if I can play a role.

Summarizing the case is that I left the system working, a program performs a
transmission using COM4 and another is performing reading the report returned
by COM3. After some time of sending COM4 performing the sending, lost
communication several times and in one she enters the RESTART status and
remains.

If you drop power or if the modem blocks for some reason, SMSLib will try to
restart it.

Assuming that the port is up again, this should succeed.
Maybe something else went wrong and COM4 (or the modem) got in a state where a
simple AT command restart couldn't bring it back.
