Cannot add gateway when service is running .... #515

I am trying to send 2nd message after first message is sent in my 
application,but i am getting this error "Cannot add gateway when service is 
running ...." ...i am not able to stop the service

This is by design: you cannot add a gateway while the service is running.
So, let's concentrate on the other issues you've opened (cannot stop Service).
