Title prefixes should be moved to the beginning #5

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. scrape a movie with 'The' in the title (eg. The Yes Men)

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The title is "Yes Men, The"

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
The title is "The Yes Men"

Please provide any additional information below.
Patch implementing a setting for rewriting English, German, French and Spanish 
prefixes is attached.

super - bardzo mi się podoba ten pomysł
proponowałbym jedną zmianę
bez opcji - niech scraper robi to zawsze bez udziału użytkownika

To wykoś tylko conditionala i opcje z ustawień i tyle.
