settings.py conflict with boblight addon #69

After recent update of sd-xbmc addon my boblight addon stopped working. For 
some reason boblight addon tried to import settings.py from sd-xbmc directory. 
Renaming settings.py to tvsettings.py (and updating all references in 
plugin.video.polishtv.live) everything works as before.
