Auto open last opened files #28

whenever I open SnakeTail I always have reopen the files I had open the last 
time.

Just open the files like you always do, but then go to the "File"-menu and 
choose "Save Session".

You can then reopen the entire session by creating a standard Windows shortcut 
to SnakeTail.exe, which gets the path to the session-xml-file as parameter.
