Ability to save View Options and apply them by default

When I've configured the view text color, font, background color, keyword 
highlight options etc to save all of these settings to a profile. User should 
also be able to select a default profile, which could be one of his saved 
profiles. These changes should persist after SnakeTail is restarted, and the 
default profile applied to any file that is loaded. Applying a different 
profile should be easy (maybe a right click menu option saying "Profiles", 
which when hovered over lists all the users' profiles, just like the way you've 
implemented the bookmarks right click menu).

Minimally I need the ability to save a default set of view options. Even if 
it's a simple button on the view options page saying "Set as Default" next to 
the "Apply to All" button instead of the whole profiles thing that would be 
wonderful.

I frequently load log files produced by a piece of software. It has a specific 
way of writing log files. When I've configured the most optimal way of viewing 
that logfile, I want it to persist in future file loads.

Next to "Apply to all" there have been added a "Save as default"-button.

The "Save as default"-button will attempt to overwrite the existing default 
configuration. If none was found, then it will attempt to create a new default 
configuration in the common application folder.

It will available with the next release (Still waiting for response about 
testing Issue #41

Not sure if anybody will see this, but I was looking for the exact same feature 
(to style the background color etc.) and have it load by default for each 
subsequent restart of the app.  I find it somewhat odd though that this 1.8.2.5 
version which is attached to issue #58 is not avaialble on the website 
https://code.google.com/p/snaketail-net/downloads/list for people to download.  
 Especially since it is around 9 months since it was put out there?!?

Anyway thanks for at least posting it in ticket 58 and I am glad I found it.  
Very nice that I don't have to restyle the log files each time anymore.

Volunteer work is often done in spare time, and I have received very little 
feedback about quality of the requested features included in ver. 1.8.2.5 BETA.

Btw. since SnakeTail ver. 1.3, this feature has been available (See Issue #3). 
This just implements a nice button, instead of one having to fiddle with files 
manually.
