crashed and then failed to report error #67

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. view a file
2. right click on a line
3. select view options

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
error window pops up. when i choose to report it times out and then the other 
window appears

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
1.8.2.0   Win7 ultimate 64bit

Please provide any additional information below.

Probably an issue with CrashReporter-site, but it seems to be resolved. Have 
received new crash dumps since.
