File menu keyboard shortcuts #77

Hello,
I would very much like some keyboard shortcuts in the File menu, primarily for 
open.

I've added these myself in an svn checkout, with my patch attached if you're 
interested.

I have added ampersand prefix to the context-menu, so they should be easier to 
access with keyboard (Example ALT + F -> _E_ventLog)

Not sure that I should hog all the good keyboard shortcuts. Maybe CTRL+O should 
mean open log in external-editor.
