[Hosts] 功能开启的话，GAE端口容易出现i/o 
timeout错误，从而产生视频断流。

每个网站的相关域名和IP都在不断变化，GFW的封锁也是动态的
，所以Hosts和SPAC功能个人感觉时效性很差，作者没必要在此��
�费精力，把GAE和PaaS的基本功能优化好就己经非常出色了。

另，UseGlobalProxy=2 具体是何含义？

1. i/o 
timeout是Google的https被间歇性阻断的原因，和[Hosts]无关；下个�
��本会改善这个造成的影响
2. cloud_spac.json主要是用于google服务，和[Google]配合使用
3.  UseGlobalProxy=2主要用于内网环境， 
普通情况下和UseGlobalProxy=1含义一致
4.  cloud_spac、cloud_hosts在gsnova对应的配置前加上#注释就可以了
