Remove support for Gecko 1.8.* #204

Which means only Gecko 1.9+ versions will be supported.
This is necessary to reduce testing and not maintain multiple versions of
various supported applications on my PC (it has little space on HD now, and
is very slow too)
This means that there is no more support for Firefox 2, Thunderbird 2,
Komodo 4 and Sunbird 0.9.

This allows the use of PRAGMA statements for versions, database_list, etc. 
freely. No
more if ... else to check which Gecko version is in use.
