Improving Export wizard tab #264

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Import / Export wizard opens in it's own window, instead should open as
a tab next to "DB Settings". The only way to get out of export wizard is to
click on "cancal". 

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Instead an "X" next to the tab (like firefox) should do the job. This can
be applied to all tabs like "execute SQL".

1. Import / Export wizard opens as a tab next to "DB Settings"
2. Some messages have moved from annoying alerts to notifications.
3. To close the wizard, you can either click the "Close Wizard" button or the 
'X' on
the tab bar. But I do not know how to bring that 'X' near the label (i.e. 
without
using tabbrowser). The 'X' button appears only when the wizard is focussed.
