user documentation

I have been using SQLite Manager for a few years and I am currently working on 
a tutorial for it to complement the material that I have already written for 
the SQLite DBMS.  If you are interested then please let me know what your 
requirements are in terms of documentation format, level of complexity 
required.  Basically what your expectations would be.

I can also grant you permission to edit the wiki on the project homepage, if 
you wish so. Those wikis are the only documentation I have as of now.
