Add tooltip for truncated column headers #843

When there's too many columns in a table, the headers at the top when viewing 
it will be truncated with "…" at the end. Currently, there appears to be no 
way to view this without widening the column to see it all.

There should be a tooltip available when hovering over such a column header to 
see what it says, much like there is already for actual data values.
