On opening SM dialog, all fields and tabs jiggle left and right until moving splitter bar #850

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Click FF menu -> Tools -> Sqlite Manager...

What is the actual output?

The left treeview part is very narrow, and all components in the right pane 
tremble left and right quite rapidly, including the splitter bar. They are 
functional though

What is the expected output?

A dialog box with all labels visible in the treeview and components on the 
right pane not moving.

What version of the product are you using? On what target Application (e.g.
Firefox 4.0.1, etc.)? On what operating system?
Extension Version = SQLite Manager 0.8.1
Application = FF 30.0
OS = Windows 8.1 classic theme locale=fr_FR

Please provide any additional information below. In some cases
errors/warnings may be logged in the Error Console (in Firefox) which is
available under the Tools menu or using Ctrl+Shift+J. If you find any
related to this extension, please report that too.

Workaround: move the splitter bar to the right by any amount. Then UI goes back 
to normal. Issue comes back on restart.
