Wrong encoding in "Export -> SQL"

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1."Export table"
2."SQL"
3.Save file

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Result file in wrong encoding

What version of the product are you using? On what target Application (e.g.
Firefox 2.0.0.14, Sunbird 0.8, etc.)? On what operating system?
Extension Version = 0.2.46
Application = Mozilla Firefox 3.0
OS = Windows 2003 Server

Please provide any additional information below.

incorrectly encoded?

It was cyrylic "Вот и вся статья", which shows in database 
correctly
