Looks like sqlite4java cannot be started on OS X 10.9

To fix: 
Go to the issue JCO-1500 linked to above. 
Download the .dmg file linked to in that JIRA issue. 
Install the .dmg
Use Terminal to navigate the directory structure of the .dmg until you find 
libsqlite4java-osx.jnilib
Put a copy of that file beside your sqlite4java.jar
Now it will start OK
