Failure to load plugin #2

What steps will reproduce the problem?
Installed the plugin, uploaded activities. Suddenly ST would not load the
plugin. Configuration file attached (username/password edited).

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Plugin not loaded

Workaround:
Remove configuration. See thread

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
0.1
Vista Premium, Swedish
ST 2.1.3326
