Funbeat has new API #27

Funbeat has released a new API with a lot of new functionality, see

Use of the new API will require a premium membership.

Shall we implement support for this new API?
If so, what functionality do we want to implement? What is prioritized?

As a sporadic FB user I have no major wishes or requirement - I doubt I will be 
Premium member. Offering downloading activities not in ST should be a goal 
though - the main data storage can then be in FB, synking to offline 
cache/backup in ST.

I see one problem though: The secret key. I do not think that the key can be in 
the source. Of course the key can be in a separate dll (as the plugin source 
license is LGPL) but then the key can be reused by other programs.
Should be cleared before the dev is started...

Made changes to use the new API. The secret key problem is used by calling an 
external dll that is not open source. Some new functionality - export of 
splits, equipment and cadence track - was implemented at the same time.
