Create Overview document on how to use STOQS

Need an overview document on how to use STOQS: how to form queries, how to use 
graphical front end to navigate available data, how to extract data to feed 
into analysis and visualization tools (such as Matlab)

Added presentations (poster and talk) given at the ESIP Summer 2012 meeting to 
the new doc/ folder in the project and created some Wiki pages at the Google 
Code site that link to these documents.

These are still not an "overview document on how to use STOQS".  That work 
remains to be done...

Added presentation given at the 2014 Ocean Sciences Meeting on the 
Presentations wiki page. Also included link to short YouTube video 
(http://youtu.be/Vq_9sCGCt0s) demonstrating the user interface. This video has 
a sound track.
