Replicate Plot radio button selection for Platfroms

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Select a Parameter measured by multiple platforms for plotting (Plot radio 
button)
2. An alert window indicates that one of the platforms must be added to the 
filter
3. User must filter on a Platform to plot the data

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Instead of filtering on Platform, a Plot radio button should be added next to 
the Platform such that is works similar to the Plot radio button for Measured 
Parameters.

Actually 2 controls are needed for each platform which have common parameters: 
a checkbox for map display and a radio button for section (temporal-depth) 
display.
