Parameter standard_name is not shown in Parameters list

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open query user interface, e.g.: http://odss.mbari.org/canon/default/query/
2. Click on Parameters
3. The parameter's standard_name should appear as a button next to the name and 
be selectable 

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

If a Parameter has a standard_name field that standard name should appear next 
to the parameter name and be selectable to work across all Parameters and 
Platforms for selection

Implementing this will require editing the client-side code in 
stoqs/templates/stoqsquery.html and the server-side code in 
utils/STOQSQManager.py
