Incorrect color map being used for sensor tracks on map #31

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open a campaign, e.g. 
http://odss.mbari.org/canon/stoqs_september2013_o/query/
2. Select a ship uctd Platform, e.g. WestermFlyer_UCTD
3. Click a Plot Data radio button for one of the Measured Parameters
4. Click checkbox under Map to display data (sensor tracks)
5. Click another Plot Data radio button for another Measured Parameter

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Expect to see an appropriate color map shown for the second Parameter chosen. 
Instead the cmin and cmax from the previous parameter are used in the .kmln 
request and the sensor track is all one color. Reselecting with cached summary 
request does then get the correct color map.

Fixed by revision 3b7d57cc8f52. Two different parameter min/max are now 
available to the UI: one for the Plot radio button, and one the the Data Access 
parameter.
