standard names need updating #39

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. go to http://kraken.shore.mbari.org/canon/stoqs_september2013_o/query/
2. click on "measured parameters" 

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The standard names are not standard. For instance there is "air temperature" 
and "air_temperature", "Backscatter at 470 nm" and "Backscatter", etc.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Please provide any additional information below.
I know you know it :) but thought I'd have it as an issue so that it's on the 
list of things to fix.

Assigning to Duane (and Reiko) as these are things that need to be fixed in the 
software that writes the netCDF files.
