Add ability to plot parameters against coordinate variables #45

It would be nice to explore relationships of Sampled and Measured Parameters 
with respect to longitude, latitude, depth and time. Additional rows could be 
added to the Parameter sections of the UI and those coordinates could be 
selected for display as Parameter-Parameter plots.
