Reserved interview must be unable to delete

If HR try to delete reserved interview the pop-up with following text must 
appears:
"Невозможно удалить резервное 
собеседование!"

No handling of the situation of choice reserve interviewю
*Fix plan*
Added check and throw ex , if selected interview is reserved.
