This was supposed to be filter by specific time and add performance filter.

Done.

Limitations - Very simplistic date handling supports ISO format only, as God 
intended. Not ideal for us silly Americans and our absurd date formats. No 
plans to fix this as it's fairly complex for little gain. Added placeholder 
text to show date format. Not using date format results in a error and no 
filter is applied at all.
