Proposed Enhancement to the Contracts Module

Add a component to the contracting module which will email the signed
contract (in pdf form) to the person at the company who approved the renewa 
(and cc me).

This email would be executed simultaneously with the approval (or perhaps
in a batch email at the end of day or once per hour if this is easier). This 
email could originate from my email box with a note of thanks.

I think this would be a cool addition.
I will start the renewal process on 3/31. Is this too late?
