View Student should have GET variables to show what is opened and keep them #321

View student users POST data which makes it impossible to share links directly 
to a student.

GET variables could also be used to show which sub fields are opened. If one 
switched students this could be remembered. It would also work in shared links.

It now has the student id in the url. No get variables. This probably needs 
implemented in js.
