Benchmark based report Card is inefficient #324

A benchmark based report card runs about 4-8 students a minute. Is it possible 
to make this any faster? With less than 100 students (~15 minutes), it's not 
too terrible, but beyond that it would be horrible.

I'm not sure this is possible, I haven't looked into the code too much. Just 
leaving it here as it was requested.

If we do a hangout and have time, we should talk about caching and processing 
things in the background.
