Associate time sheets for make up days with the cwsp attendance record

This is a feature request from a client.

When a time card is submitted as a "make up day", it's automatically associated 
with the missed day cwsp attendance record. 
Make up date would be scheduled in the cwsp attendance record, it would look 
for that attendance record and related to it (inline record on the admin page?)
If attendance's make up date is not set, it would associate the timesheet only 
if the student has one attendance record that has not yet been made up. 
Otherwise, it would not associate the timesheet to a cwsp attendance.
