Keep work teams as associated to a travel route

Add student association to travel route. So you can open a student worker and 
pick from a dropdown the van line.

The line would be determined like this. If the student had a specified line, 
that would be use. If the student's line is left blank it would check if the 
work team has a line and use that. In other words student line would trump work 
team line.
