Time sheet comments email should be sorted

I currently receive an email each night with time sheet comments. Since I 
receive comments for the entire population of students working on a particular 
day, I typically get 60-80 comments each day. To make this information more 
meaningful,it should be sorted.

Ideally it would be sorted in the following order:
1. three buckets: Students rated by the supervisor as unsatisfactory, exceeding 
expectations or meeting expectations
2. within each bucket established in #1: by company

Their may be other sort preferences that people would find useful (for example, 
someone might want to put SNAT timesheets first. 

You could get fancy on this idea: allow the CRA or Director to set up the 
format for the email in a "preferences" area.

We will not sort by 3 arbitrary choices.

I could sort by performance, then company, then name. 

SNAT is not something in SWoRD. We have counseling notes but we can't sort by 
counseling notes.

Fancy things would be nice yes, but I would require this to be a funded project.
