SVG Image regression in test_browser1.html #468

In the second SVG image in test_browser1.html the image is off when the Flash 
renderer renders 
things; this looks like a regression. I don't believe it is due to a change 
I've done recently. I'm 
trying to track down when it first broke.

Notice how the background is different between the test images I've attached.

So things work in r1061, so maybe it is something I regressed. Still need to 
investigate.

The issue shows up in r1081, which concerned Issue 438.
