Syphon Server QC patch visibility

I noticed that "Syphon Server" patch is not visible from SyphonServerDirectory 
if its input image is not valid.
I think it is more convenient if the server is always visible regardless of 
input image validity.

Only question with this is what we do when input goes from valid to nothing, as 
the server will still be displaying the previous output. We could either
a. do nothing and display the previous output
b. output a single identically-sized black frame
c. request a feature addition for the framework so SyphonServer can clear its 
output.

Anyone any thoughts?

I prefer "b." for setting (configuration) purpose.
But I think current behavior is also convenient for people who want to use 
"default" (any available, valid) server.
I will consider to make a proprietary QC patch, instead of making Syphon 
complex.
