Null object using Menu widget under Firefox #21

when we add/remove several times some items to the menu a JavaScript Object
is null with firefox only (IE, Safari,Opera are ok). 

The problem is due to the fact that the method getParentElement() can
return null when we active or deactive an item.

This bug is apparently fixed. 
The correction will be available in the next release of tatami.
