Please provide proper Javadoc #24

Hi,

I'm starting to experiment with tatami, it seems very useful and working 
nicely. However, I noticed that no javadoc is provided with the package. 
Instead a word document user guide is provided. I generally prefer javadoc 
for describing the API in detail, and a wiki with some general 
documentation.

I'm sorry, I'm wrong about the word document user guide. Apparently, this is 
only 
about a component called GFX. There is still no Javadoc, only an online HTML 
and PDF 
documentation.

The javadoc will be available for the next and others release.
