What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Creating a Zone
2.Define the Borders Ceiling and Floor
3.Set Enter- and Exitessages for Testing
4.save and walk over the Borders

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
When enter the Zone show Welcomemessage and when leaving show Exitmessage but 
the region seems to be only 2 block width at the border without inner body

What version of the EpicZones are you using?
0_20_1

What version of craftbukkit are you using?
740

What version of Permissions are you using?
essentials

What other plugins are you running?
essentials
