Phone reboots by incoming call

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. activate the AOSP Lockscreen and incoming call workaround 
2. reboot the device several times (it doesn't happen after the first reboot 
but I can't tell how many it takes! in my case the problem appears after a 
couple of days) 
3. When someone is calling you the screen freezes and after a couple of seconds 
the device performs a hot reboot. The problem appears no matter if the screen 
is off, you are at the lockscreen or if you working with the phone! 

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expected the usual incoming call screen (with phone number,...) but instead 
the screen turns black and the device reboots. 

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
I'm using ViperOneS v1.2.1 

Please provide any additional information below.
After turning the AOSP Lockscreen off the issue disappeared!
