Quick settings pull down and Power Widget in Venom 2.0 #52

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Quick Settings pull down (Vertical) not present/working
2. Quick Settings  - Horizontal Power Widget - can't edit widgets.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
ROM  ViperOneS 2.0.0 | Sense 4.+ | 4.1.1 |
