light comes on randomly and wont go off till reboot

Seems to have something to do with the home button flickering.
Phone vibrates several times and the flash light starts.
Have to do a full reboot to turn it of.
Happens on both 2.1.0 and 2.2.0.

Same problem on 2 different phones on 2.2.0. 
Happens when power button is hit while taking phone out of my pocket. I can not 
make it happen but light will not turn off by trying camera or flash light , 
only reboot.

I abandoed viper roms
Android sense best stock Rom works with no issues.

to turn the light off press power button, so the screen turns on, then hold the 
home button and the light turns off.
