What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Flash the rom;
2.Set it up and use it for a couple of hours;
3.Reboot your device.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Transitions and Windows animations doesn't work anymore, tried to wipe cache 
and dalvik-cache, but nothing works.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
ViperOneS 2.1.0 Full Rom, HTC One S Ville S4, Jelly Bean 4.1.1 with Sense 4+

Please provide any additional information below.
If you reinstall the rom doing a full wipe you resolve the issue.
