Flashlight randomly turns on

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Pretty random, last turned on when I was just repeatedly pressing the power 
button but turns on seemingly without much reason

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Most recent OTA, happened on previous firmware also.

Please provide any additional information below.
Turns off after a reboot, however only turns off once the Viper Rom start 
screen begins as opposed to the initial HTC screen.
