Incoming Call Reboot - Network Issue #89

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Be on WiFi
2. Get A Call

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected: Call comes in, redirects to normal answer screen.
Instead: Hot reboot.
Also: If it doesn't reboot, it seems the GSM network stops working - all calls 
drop immediately upon dial, and no calls come in until airplane mode is toggled 
on/off.
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
ViperOneS 3.1.3, Android OS 4.2.2, HTC Sense 5.

Please provide any additional information below.
