Request - Disable Second Beats-Audio Notifications #9

For some Reason theres a Second Beats-Audio Notification which cant be disabled.
Maybe add an Option to the Tweak App to disable that Second Notification ( or 
maybe even both ) ?

I've had that issue too already in testing stage.
There is two beats notify apps in /system/apps
There is no audible effect from the lower entry on the screenshot. No Dolby, no 
SRS.
